Yeti Greenery cannot control the privacy policies or practices of third party sites or of companies Yeti Greenery does not own or control. 13. Text/SMS Messages and Email Communications

Text/SMS

If you wish to receive alerts and promotional messages from Yeti Greenery on your mobile device, you may opt in at the point of sale, through the Sites, or through other available signup methods. You may opt out of these programs at any time by replying STOP to an open message.

You agree to receive a final text message confirming your opt out. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. By providing your consent to participate in this program, you approve any such charges from your mobile carrier.

You agree to notify us of any changes to your mobile number and update your account with us to reflect this change. Your carrier may prohibit or restrict certain features, and certain features may be incompatible with your carrier or mobile device.

Email

We may periodically contact you by email and provide information about Yeti Greenery special offers, promotions, updates, or other information that may be of interest to you. We may use a third party email service provider to send emails. This service provider is prohibited from using your email address for any purpose other than sending Yeti Greenery related email. Each marketing email will provide the option to opt out of future emails.
